Chicken and scallion are pick combinations of mine and to be direct, so is anything enwrapped in blow pastry! Ingredients
- 1 leek, white stem finely sliced
- 40g butter
- 600 grams chicken breast fillets

- 1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock
- 4 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup cream
Instructions
- In a bigger cookery pan add butter & commingle over overlooking turn. Add scallion & ail & navigator for 3 mins or until scallion softens.
