Creamy Chicken & Leek Parcels

Chicken and scallion are pick combinations of mine and to be direct, so is anything enwrapped in blow pastry! The parcels are caretaker unproblematic to excrete and a eager instruction to work upfield and solidify for those nights when you don't seem same cooking. I know to mate them with a support salad for a white meal or a position of veges for something a younger heavier. Mmm…. I can odour them now!

Ingredients

  • 1 leek, white stem finely sliced
  • 40g butter
  • 600 grams chicken breast fillets
  • 3 Tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 4 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions

  • In a bigger cookery pan add butter & commingle over overlooking turn. Add scallion & ail & navigator for 3 mins or until scallion softens.
  • Roughly cut fearful (into pieces approx 1cm) and add to pan. Ready over mellow warmth until poulet is brunet.

  • Preheat oven to 200ºC.
