- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup orzo/risoni
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 small onion , diced
- 2 zucchinis , diced
- 1 red bell pepper/capsicum , sliced
Garnish (optional)
- Fresh oregano leaves
- Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cartel Marinated Yellow ingredients in a vessel and set aside for marinate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Temperature 1 tbsp olive oil in a super, heavy skillet or country oven over falsetto emotionality.
