Cabbage Muthiya

Ingredients:
To make Muthiya:

  • Yogurt – 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil – 1/2 tbsp.
  • Cilantro – 1 tbsp, chopped
For Tempering:
  • Curry leaves – about 5, crushed
  • Green chilies – slit, optional
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • For garnish – Chopped Cilantro, grated coconut
  • Oil – 1 Tsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients registered low Muthiya except the salt and lead it parenthesis for nearly 10 proceedings.
